高中阶段是个体生涯发展的重要时期,其生涯适应力的发展对高中生未来生涯具有重要意义。本研究探讨了职业探索对高中生生涯适应力的影响及未来工作自我在其中的作用机制,在此基础上制定适合高中生的职业探索课程方案,并对其进行干预,为高中生生涯适应力的提升提供了理论依据和实践指导。本研究包括两个子研究,研究一采用问卷调查法,以新疆S市563名高中生为研究对象,使用《职业探索量表》《未来工作自我量表》《生涯适应力量表》对其进行调查,以探讨职业探索对生涯适应力的影响以及未来工作自我的中介作用机制。研究二在研究一的基础上,基于社会认知生涯理论与Swain的三角模型,设计以职业探索为主题的课程干预方案。在尽量保证同质的前提下,在高一年级中选择两个班级,分为实验组和对照组。对实验组开展为期2个月的职业探索课程干预,对照组则不涉及有关课程。两个班的学生同时进行干预前的测试及干预后的测试与追踪测试,以考察职业探索课程干预对高中生职业探索、未来工作自我与生涯适应力的影响,研究结果如下:(1)高中生生涯适应力状况良好,并在年级、生源地、父母受教育程度及参与社会实践活动情况上存在显著差异。在生涯适应力得分上,高二学生显著高于高一学生;家庭居住在城市的高中生生涯适应力上的得分显著高于乡镇和县城的高中生;父母受教育程度较高的学生的生涯适应力水平显著高于父母受教育程度较低的学生;经常参加社会实践活动的学生在生涯适应力上得分均显著高于未参与过的学生。(2)高中生职业探索与未来工作自我和生涯适应力显著正相关,职业探索对生涯适应力有正向预测作用,未来工作自我在职业探索和生涯适应力间起部分中介作用。(3)在实施职业探索课程干预后,实验组在职业探索、未来工作自我及生涯适应力后测分值显著高于前测且显著高于对照组。(4)在两个月之后的追踪测量中,效果依然存在。表明通过职业探索课程可以提高高中生职业探索能力,激活未来工作自我,进而提升其生涯适应力。以上结果表明,职业探索对高中生生涯适应力有正向预测作用,未来工作自我在其中起到中介作用。通过职业探索课程干预能提升高中生职业探索,有助于激活未来工作自我,提高其生涯适应力。

Senior high school is an important period for individual career development, and the development of their career adaptability is of great significance to senior high school students' future career. This study discusses the influence of career exploration on senior high school students' career adaptability and the mechanism of future work self in it. On this basis, it designs a career exploration course scheme suitable for senior high school students and intervenes in it, It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the career adaptability of senior high school students. This study consists of two sub-studies. In the first study, 563 senior high school students in S city, Xinjiang were investigated by using Career Exploration Scale, Future Work Self Scale and Career Adaptation Scale, in order to explore the influence of career exploration on career adaptability and the mediating mechanism of future work self. In the second study, based on the social cognitive career theory and Swain's triangle model, a curriculum intervention scheme with the theme of career exploration was designed. On the premise of ensuring homogeneity as much as possible, two classes in Grade One are selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given a two-month career exploration course intervention, while the control group was not involved in relevant courses. The students in the two classes took the pre-intervention test and post-intervention test at the same time, in order to investigate the influence of career exploration course intervention on senior high school students' career exploration, future work self and career adaptability. The results are as follows:(1) adaptability to higher vocational education has different meanings in graduation, graduation, cultural field and social practice. It is very meaningful for students to live in the city for their family members whose professional adaptability in grade two is stronger than that in grade one. It is of great significance to cultivate students' vocational adaptability and innovative ability, and students often participate in social practice activities to improve their vocational adaptability.(2)The career pursuit of middle school students is positively related to their future work and career adaptation respectively. Career exploration has a positive predictive effect on career adaptation, and future work is the intermediary between career exploration and career adaptation.(3)After the intervention of professional exploration course, the score after professional exploration, future work self-scale and professional adaptability score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the predefined group, and significantly higher than those in the control group.(4) In the follow-up measurement after two months, the effect still exists. The career exploration program improves the career exploration skills of middle school students, activates their future work self, and thus improves their career adaptability.Previous results show that career exploration has a positive predictive effect on middle school students' career adaptation, Future work plays an intermediary role in it. The intervention of career exploration course can promote senior high school students' career exploration, which can help to activate their future work self and improve their professional adaptability.
