Research Objectives: In the long jump course of the third grade, in addition to improving the test score, it is very important for students to effectively develop their relevant physical fitness and athletic ability while mastering the long jump technique. In the Standing Long Jump project, the lower limb muscle group is the main muscle group that completes the foot jump action, so the bilateral lower limbs have good explosive force and symmetrical force can directly affect the technical action and performance of the Standing Long Jump. According to the power characteristics of the Standing Long Jump project, the compound training is applied to the teaching of the standing long jump course in the first and third grades of the standing long jump course in a single and bilateral combination of exercises, and the difference between the application effect of the method and the traditional physical education teaching method in improving the explosive power of the lower limbs related to the standing long jump special project, improving the functional asymmetry of the students' bilateral lower limbs, and optimizing the standing long jump score. It provides more theoretical basis for the selection of teaching methods for the subsequent level four-stage long jump course.

The main research methods used in this thesis include: literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method. The application effect of compound training method in junior high school long jump course is used as the research object. Two students in the third grade of a middle school who had no significant differences in physical basic conditions, lower limb explosiveness, bilateral lower limb symmetry index and standing long jump score were selected as experimental subjects. In the case of random arrangement, the third (3) class of the junior high school is set as the experimental class, and the third (6) class of the junior high school is set as the control class. The experimental class adopts the compound training program, and the control class adopts the traditional physical education teaching program. After 8 weeks of experimental intervention, the lower limb explosiveness index, the evaluation index of bilateral lower limb asymmetry and the vertical long jump score related to the fixed long jump special project were tested, and the experimental results were obtained as follows through the statistics and analysis of the test data:

(1) In terms of lower limb explosiveness indicators: the 30-meter sprint and in-situ vertical jump high scores of the two classes of students before and after the experiment have significant changes, indicating that the compound training program and the traditional physical education teaching program can make the lower limb explosiveness related to the standing long jump special project Significantly improved. However, after the experiment, the results of the two classes of students were compared horizontally, and the results also showed significant differences, which showed that the compound training program had a better effect on improving the explosiveness of the students' lower limbs than the traditional physical education teaching program.

(2) In terms of asymmetry index of lower limbs: In the two test indicators of single-legged forward jump and single-legged ten-meter continuous jumping, the improvement degree of advantage and non-dominant scores was higher than that of the control class, and the symmetry index was also significantly reduced, which showed that the experimental class students The degree of asymmetry of the bilateral lower extremities has been effectively improved. The symmetry index of the students in the control class did not decrease but increased, which indicated that the asymmetry of the students' bilateral lower limbs had increased. At the same time, the bilateral lower limb symmetry index between the two classes after the experiment also showed significant differences, which showed that the compound training program could effectively improve the bilateral lower limb functional asymmetry of the students, while the traditional physical education teaching program could not produce positive intervention in this phenomenon.

(3) In terms of standing long jump scores: The standing long jump scores of the two classes before and after the experiment were significantly improved, indicating that the compound training program and the traditional physical education program have a certain positive effect on the intervention of the long jump score. However, the results of the experimental class after the experiment were significantly higher than those of the control class, which showed that the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of the compound training program were higher.
